Terms of Service.

These terms apply to every order placed on onewayprint.com, operated by One Way Print, based in Nova Scotia, Canada. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

When you order, you choose a design and enter the information to print. You confirm that this information is accurate and that you have the right to use it, including any brokerage logo, photo or license number.

We send you a digital proof within 24 hours. Your approval of the proof is your authorization to print. Please check every detail carefully: we print what you approve. See our Refund & Reprint Policy.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include printing. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Team pricing (15% off from 5 cards) is applied automatically in the cart.

You keep all rights to the content you send us (photos, logos, text). You give us permission to use it only to design, proof and print your order. You confirm that your content does not infringe anyone’s rights.

The card designs on this site are created by One Way Print. When you order, you can use the printed cards and the final design for your own marketing. You may not resell the designs or reuse them on other printing services without our permission.

If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility is limited to reprinting the order or refunding the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as missed marketing opportunities.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one online on the day you order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
